Please arrive on time for your pets grooming appointment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange please let me know as soon as possible on 07788490611.
you will be charged 100% of the grooming fee if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not turn up for your appointment.
If your dog bites or is aggressive (and you failed to disclose this) your groom will be terminated and the full grooming fee is still payable.
